    During the 12th and 13th centuries, Provins became famous thanks to the Trade fairs of Champagne. Since 2001, Provins is listed as a Unesco World Heritage site. Come and visit the fortifi ed tower, Caesar’s Tower, Tithe Barn at the time of the Fairs of Champagne, and the underground galleries, “The Eagles of Ramparts” an oustanding birdshow displaying rare species of birds of prey.
